Location: Bristol (with occasional work in Weston)
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (flexible for candidates with own tools and immediate availability)

In line with their exceptional growth, we're now hiring a skilled and reliable Handyperson to support the maintenance of a growing portfolio of residential properties.

About the Company

This well-respected lettings agency is known for its integrity, transparency, and commitment to service excellence. With a strong internal culture and a high-performing team, they've doubled both their property portfolio and revenue year-on-year for the past three years. They're now seeking a dependable and experienced Handyperson to help maintain the quality and comfort of their managed homes.

The Role

As a key member of the maintenance team, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks across properties in Bristol and occasionally Weston. Jobs will be allocated via FixFlow, an easy-to-use platform that allows efficient scheduling and communication with the office team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
Perform redecorating tasks (patch repairs and painting)
Basic plumbing repairs (e.g., fixing leaks, replacing taps)
Minor carpentry jobs
Fixing fire doors and basic roof patching
Carpet and flooring patch repairs
Submit weekly logs of time, materials, and before/after photos

What We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates who:

Have experience working for a larger maintenance firm or have run their own handyman business
Are looking for a stable, full-time role without the pressure of chasing new work
Are comfortable working independently, Monday to Friday
Have a broad skill set across general property maintenance
Preferably own a van and tools (not essential, but desirable)

What's on Offer

Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 (potential for more based on experience, own Van and equipment)
