We are seeking a Registered Manager who is legally accountable for delivering high-quality services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with statutory obligations and upholding regulatory standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Ensure the provision of high-quality services to vulnerable people in their own home, including conducting initial assessments and risk assessments.
- Maintain appropriate records within the Service Users' homes and ensure that Service Users and their informal Carers are consulted during the care planning.
- Manage Complaints, Compliments, and Comments effectively, including taking remedial action and keeping records.
- Monitor legal requirements for staff support, ensuring staff undergo supervision, appraisal, and spot checks annually.
- Manage the quality feedback framework for families and the risk assessment register.
- Ensure all care staff complete required training to meet the fundamentals of CQC.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, commissioners, and partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification and registration with CQC.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven ability to implement and execute training programmes.
- Experience in managing compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
- Leadership skills with the ability to promote an open, positive, and inclusive culture.
