An experienced Waking Night Support Worker is required to join an organisation specialising in the support of young people aged 16- 25 in their own accommodation. The position involves working on a rolling rota of 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
Duties involves ensuring young people are safe, secure, and abiding by curfews, reporting any incidents, ensuring the environment is safe and providing advice and guidance.
All applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience supporting young people in a similar setting. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
The successful applicant will be expected to work weekends to accommodate the service delivery around young people's commitments.
