Are you a Graduate Civil Engineer with around a year of industry experience looking to build your career with a supportive and growing consultancy?

Our client is a well-established civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Dudley, delivering infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a motivated Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team.

The Graduate Civil Engineer role:

You'll support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects from initial concept through to construction. Working alongside experienced engineers, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with highways and drainage design
Preparing drawings, calculations, and technical reports
Supporting the delivery of S38, S278, S104, and S106 agreements
Contributing to flood risk assessments and SuDS design
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other consultantsThis graduate civil engineer role offers hands-on project exposure and structured development within a collaborative team environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
Has approximately 1 year of experience in civil infrastructure design within a consultancy
Has some experience using software such as Civil 3D and MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
Demonstrates a good understanding of UK design standards and approval processes
Is enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to work towards professional accreditation (ICE or similar)What We Offer
