We're currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a warm and welcoming 35-bed care home in Swadlincote, supporting adults with physical disabilities.

Responsible for the overall management, compliance, and performance of the home

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

🔍 What We're Looking For

*

Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) - essential

*

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience managing a care home or clinical service

*

Excellent understanding of safeguarding, CQC expectations, and quality assurance

*

Compassionate leadership style with a drive for continuous improvement
