Window and Door Order Processor
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
Location: Stoke On trent, Staffordshire
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Order Processor to join our well-established team within the uPVC window and door manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-focused, organised, and confident working with window and door specifications from enquiry stage through to order completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Using window and door design software to create detailed product specifications
*
Reviewing drawings and technical details to ensure manufacturing accuracy
*
Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal production teams
*
Preparing manufacturing schedules, order confirmations, and documentation
*
Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or missing information in orders
*
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Skills & Experience Required:
✔ Experience within the uPVC window and door manufacturing sector (essential)
✔ Strong proficiency with window/door design software (e.g., Window Designer, Business Micros, or similar)
✔ Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings
✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team
