- Collecting, storing and disseminating knowledge across all levels of the organization
- Providing multi-channel training content for use within the organization
- Selects appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer based training
- Organizes and develops training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
- Developing technical training courses
- Conducting technical training sessions
- Special projects as assigned
- College degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization
- Must have strong technical aptitude
- Requires 75% travel
