JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

LOCATION: National - Based at home with travel to client sites

SALARY: £50,000 – £60,000 | Car allowance | Commission

THE BUSINESS:

C4S Search are pleased to be working with a market leading manufacturing company within the renewable energy sector.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:

• Drive sustainable sales growth by identifying, developing and nurturing new and existing customer relationships.
• Proactively target strategic accounts to maximise revenue and long-term customer value.
• Conduct onsite surveys, product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value of innovative renewable solutions.
• Develop and deliver an effective sales plan, including KPI reporting and accurate forecasting to support commercial planning.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing and operational teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and seamless project delivery.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• Proven success in Business Development, Sales or Account Management, ideally within Construction or Plant Hire.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience driving new market growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for sustainability, renewables and innovative technologies.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
