Ready to ditch the dull and dive into diverse?Our clients are looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator who's ready to get stuck into a wide range of exciting building services projects across the UK. From office fit-outs and leisure centres to schools, universities, and decarbonisation schemes - no two days are the same here.What you'll be working on:

• Projects ranging from £5k to £2m (combined HVAC, plumbing, heating, drainage)
• Sectors include: public sector, healthcare, education, leisure, warehousing, and more.
• Mostly Design & Build - you'll need to understand the journey from concept to cost
• Estimating from a blank canvas using our in-house spreadsheet-based tools
• Close collaboration with PMs and clients - including the occasional MOD site

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in mechanical estimating (HVAC, plumbing, drainage)
• Comfortable working across multiple sectors - we don't pigeonhole
• Able to interpret preliminary designs and turn them into accurate estimates
• Confident using spreadsheets - we've built our own estimating system
• Someone who can hit the ground running - we're not looking to train from scratch
