• The Branch Manager has the responsibility to create, maintain and increase branch profitability by maximizing sales revenue and reducing operating costs of the office. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining client relationships and should be able to recognize opportunities with existing accounts for higher revenue. The Branch Manager provides overall direction to the sales and recruiting team through strategy, oversight, training, mentoring and leading by example and developing a highly effective staffing sales and recruiting team. Branch Manager coaches and counsels performance of both branch staff members as well as Snelling Associate temporary workforce.
