Premier Riverhead golf club is looking for a Cook and/or Apprentice Chef to join our Food and Beverage team. The club serves Breakfast and Lunch to the Golf Club Members Only six days a week. The club is not open for dinner.
The preference is for this person or persons to have some experience in breakfast cookery, grill station, sauté station, soups and sauces, and prep work.
Expected Work Schedule will include 30 to 40 hours per week.
Shifts will vary from 6:00AM -- 2:00PM & 8:30AM -- 4:30PM.
This is a Seasonal position.
