Description

The Reading based Credit Controller will be expected to cover:

• Manage and maintain accurate records of credit accounts and transactions.
• Monitor outstanding debts and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Review and analyse customer credit limits and assess risks.
• Respond promptly to queries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Prepare regular credit control reports for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Profile

A successful Credit Control candidate should have:
