Senior Site Manager
Location: Ipswich (with projects across East Anglia)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + package (Dependent on experience)

Clearfield Recruitment is working with one of our trusted clients, a well-established construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across East Anglia. They are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their team.

The Role:
As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for managing site teams, subcontractors, and liaising with clients throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects across East Anglia.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers effectively.

Prepare reports, attend site meetings, and communicate with clients.

Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices on site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within the construction sector.

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Package:

Competitive salary up to £75,000 per annum dependent on experience
