Role: Panel Beater
Location: Aylesford, Kent
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours a week
Pay: £45k - £55k Basic (Depending on Experience) + Bonus

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater to join one of our longstanding clients, a brilliant Accident Repair Centre in Aylesford, Kent

The Role:

* Taking panels off, putting them back on — but with skill and style

* Spotting any sneaky defects and letting the team know

* Making sure everything fits perfectly and looks ace

* Following safety standards like a pro

* Taking care of your tools and letting your manager know if anything's dodgy

* Checking that repairs are up to scratch and signing off on quality

* Keeping the cars safe and sound while you work your magic

The Requirements:

* Experience as a Panel Beater (you know your stuff)

* Relevant motor manufacturer qualifications and training

* A current welding certificate (AOM009 or equivalent)

* Skills in MIG braze, spot welding, riveting, bonding, and handling high-strength steels

* Light MET and bonding certifications

* Full UK driving licence

* A “can-do” attitude and a knack for working well with others
