SEN Teaching Assistant

We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and SENCO, provide one-on-one support, and create inclusive learning environments that promote student growth and development.

Location- Hemel Hempstead

Salary- £80-£95 per day

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in planning and delivering individualised learning activities for students with SEN.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
Monitor and record students' progress, and provide feedback to teachers and parents/carers.
Support students with personal care needs, if required, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents/carers, and external professionals to support students' holistic development.Qualifications:

Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs, Education, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Experience working with children or young people with SEN is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting students' diverse needs.
