Flex Recruitment acting as an employment business are looking for a Temporary Sales and Administration Support for a family owed company based in Nuneaton Warwickshire.
The duties of the Sales and Administration Support will include
* General Office Admin
* Management of general phone
* Dealing with visitors reception
* Organisation of meetings and trade shows
* Assist the sales team
* Maintain and validate existing database
* Order processing
* Organise sales trips for Area Managers
The successful Sales and Administration Support will have
* Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
* Good communication
* Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
* Can work in a fast and demanding environment
Hours of work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
There is potential of a permanent contract.
