What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Ability to manage a group of children confidently

What You’ll Do

• Deliver daily care and learning activities in line with EYFS
• Plan and adapt activities based on children’s development
• Maintain accurate observations and progress records
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are followed
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent room practice
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers
