SEN Primary Teacher - September 2025 start - Wisbech

Are you a passionate, nurturing, and dedicated teacher who thrives on making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

An Alternative Provision based in Wisbech is looking for an adaptable Primary Teacher who can teach small groups of no more than 5 pupils across the whole primary curriculum. This role is a permanent or contract role and has a very supportive leadership team.

You will need to be an enthusiastic and experienced Primary SEN Teacher and will work with a small group of pupils with a range of additional needs, delivering a tailored curriculum in a safe and stimulating environment.

Duties include -

Plan and deliver engaging, personalised learning experiences

Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment

*

Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and external professionals

*

Monitor progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers

You must hold QTS or QTLS

Have experience teaching pupils with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, MLD, SEMH)

Understands the importance of differentiated, multi-sensory teaching

*

Be patient, resilient, and committed to every child's success

*

Have excellent behaviour management
