Day Shifts: Monday - Friday, 07:15 - 15:00

Night Shifts: Monday - Friday, 18:00 - 06:00

Location: Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds (own transport required)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our client's well-established and growing manufacturing team, located just 10 minutes outside of Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced production environment with excellent long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out picking and packing tasks efficiently and accurately

Following clear work instructions and production schedules to meet daily targets

Mixing chemicals and raw materials to create finished products

Ensuring all products are labelled, packaged, and prepared for dispatch correctly

Performing quality control checks to maintain high product standards

Assisting with stock movement and inventory control

Supporting general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organised work space

Adhering to all Health & Safety and company operational standards at all times

Contributing to a team environment with a positive and proactive attitude

Identifying and reporting any production issues or faults to supervisors

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential

Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

A positive work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently

Good timekeeping and reliability

Own transport is essential due to location
