We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a well-established contractor working across social housing properties in South London.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and reliable tradesperson to carry out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs within both occupied and void properties.

Key Responsibilities
Carrying out general maintenance and repair works in social housing properties

Completing basic plumbing and carpentry repairs

Undertaking painting and decorating works

Carrying out basic tiling repairs

Completing basic UPVC repairs (doors, windows, locks etc.)

Assisting with basic groundworks and external repairs when required

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service

Requirements
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry

Experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing or property maintenance

Multi-skilled in painting & decorating, tiling, UPVC repairs and basic groundworks

Full UK driving licence

Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
