Pallet Network Co-ordinator - Bristol & South West
Salary: Up to £35,000 + Progression & Development
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Are you an experienced transport or pallet network professional looking for your next step? I currently have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Pallet Network Co-ordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of pallet distribution across Bristol and the South West.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing day-to-day pallet network distribution operations

Managing and developing strong customer and client relationships

Co-ordinating freight movements between depots to ensure timely, efficient delivery

Handling multi-drop scheduling and addressing any operational challenges

Ensuring full compliance, including accurate documentation and reporting

Using your initiative to resolve issues, optimise routes, and keep service levels high

About you

Proven transport or pallet network management experience

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers, drivers and depot teams

Highly organised, adaptable and able to use your own initiative

Strong understanding of freight processes, compliance and documentation
