I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based around Lichfield for a medium sized Nursing home with an Active Pin.Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:

• Overall day to day running of the Nursing Home.
• Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
• Maintaining and keeping occupancy high, agency low and looking after compliance.
• Maintaining ‘Good’ CQC – Achieved 10 months ago.
• To ensure the CQC and company policies are followed and adhered to

Home Manager Requirements:

• Active Pin
• Demonstrated longevity.
• Good CQC knowledge (Understanding of the new framework)
• With in 30 – 40 mins from the home.
• Good time and Organisation management.
• Good people skills with a hands-on approach.
