JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Associate
PQE REQUIRED: 5+pqe
SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience

As a result of these plans they are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner to develop and market the property department together with take on the responsibility of the day to day management of a team.
THE CANDIDATE: Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or city firm who are renowned for their commercial property offerings. You must possess an excellent technical knowledge of all areas of commercial property including landlord and tenant, development and leasehold enfranchisement. Working closely with the Head of Department you will be handling a really exciting caseload of high calibre work.
