location - South London - Wandsworth to Dartford covering 

salary - up to 50k plus package

We supply candidates from operative to executive level, and are currently working with a maintenance contractor within social housing, who are looking for a Repairs Manager based in Staines and London 

Day to Day:

This role will involve managing direct operatives and sub-contractors,

pre and post inspections, managing progress and overall responsibility of the operations for reactive repairs. Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

- Management of multiple contracts across the Dacorum District providing repairs service

- Working across housing association and housing repairs and voids

- Management of daily workload and prioritising repairs requests

- The ability to work alone and deliver an entire repairs & voids service

- Client liaison, management of contracts and adhering to SLAs

- Previous experience in this role is essential

- Trade background would be beneficial
