We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest homecare providers in the UK!

Providing a tailored service, you'll participate in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits across Lincolnshire. You will also be responsible for teaching patients and carers on how to self-administer treatments safely and correctly, including sub-cut injections, infusions and fertility treatments, all while ensuring a seamless service between hospitals and their homes.
We are looking for a self-motivated and caring nurse, who is comfortable working alone, yet a great team player, actively maintaining excellent clinical standards of professional competence and current nursing practices, always working within The NMC code.
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, manage your own diary!
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Practitioner with NMC registration.
- ENB 998 and/or teaching experience/qualification
- Full driving license with access to own transport
- Ideally 5 years post registration experience within a similar clinical setting
- Experience in sub-cutaneous therapies, cannulation and phlebotomy skills, care of IV devices and IV therapies
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage own workload
- Strong team player, with the ability to work on own
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the service
Duties of this role include:
- To assist in providing excellent standards of patient care on behalf of the client and associated healthcare professionals in the UK
- To be responsible, without supervision, for the teaching of patients/carers to self-administer therapy, or the administration of therapies to patients in accordance with service specific protocols
- Participating in telephone calls, virtual calls and home visits as part of Patient Support Programmes
- Participating in Clinical Governance activities, including clinical supervision
- To assist in providing a solution that will support and assist the patient and the healthcare professional in delivering a seamless service between hospital and the home which drives treatment adherence and compliance, and enhances Quality of Life for the patient
- Accurate recording of all patient care related activities in accordance with HealthNet SOPs, work instructions, professional and regulatory guidelines
- Maintaining own professional profile in relation to Continuing Professional Development, including the sharing of knowledge with the team to improve or enhance patient care, and ensuring best practice
