Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time ConsideredPay: £95–£107 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join supportive schools in South Bristol, working with pupils across a range of needs.

?? About the Role

You’ll be supporting children with a variety of SEND, including but not limited to:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• ADHD
• Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
• Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)
• Physical Disabilities and Sensory Impairments

Your role will involve working 1:1 or in small groups, helping pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop independence.

? Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience working with children with SEND (in school, care, or youth settings)
• A calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education

Essential:

• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• References covering the last 2 years
