Providing professional customer service during vehicle servicing and repairs
Liaising with workshop and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow as a Service Advisor
Tracking vehicle progress through workshops and updating customers accordingly
Advising customers on additional work requirements, costs, and vehicle care options
Scheduling and recording work orders efficiently and courteously
Assisting with administrative tasks including file auditing, booking services, preparing orders, invoicing, and registering new vehicles
Maintaining strong organisational and IT skills, with experience in Pinewood Pinnacle advantageous
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service deliveryRequirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service position within the motor trade
Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer care
Organisation and IT literacy, ideally with experience in dealership management systems
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
