NJR Recruitment is delighted to be representing a well-established financial planning business currently looking to appoint a Private Client Administrator to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work alongside highly experienced Paraplanners and Advisers, supporting high-net-worth clients and gaining exposure to all areas of financial advice delivery. Our client are very well established and have built up an excellent reputation within the Industry for providing bespoke advice to high net worth individuals, as a result of their ongoing growth now have an excellent opportunity available for a credible IFA Administrator to join their growing business.
This is a great role for someone already working in financial services administration who is looking to deepen their knowledge and potentially progress into paraplanning if that is desired.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Paraplanners in researching and analysing client needs and objectives
- Assist with preparing annual review packs and meeting documentation for clients
- Handle client queries and provide administrative support to the advisory team
- Manage Letters of Authority, withdrawals, valuations, and business processing
- Input and maintain accurate client data in back-office systems
- Collaborate with advisers to compile financial plans and suitability reports
- Communicate effectively with clients, product providers, and third parties
- Liaise with product providers to obtain quotes, illustrations, and product information
- Attend client meetings with Financial Planners as needed
- Maintain ongoing professional development through training and qualification opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in financial services administration (IFA background is a plus)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in pensions, investments, and protection
- A team player with a proactive approach and a desire for continuous improvement
- Diary management and an ability to handle client-facing communication effectively
