Stroud Resourcing is seeking a talented and driven Clinic Nurse Manager (RGN) to join an inclusive and welcoming brand-new healthcare clinic nestled within one of the city's most iconic landmarks.

This full-time Clinic Manager role offers an excellent salary of £56,000 and many fantastic benefits. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across 5 days, Monday - Friday plus occasional weekends.

With an imminent clinic launch planned for 2024, you will be responsible for setting up the clinical services and teams. You will have the autonomy to build your team from the ground up. You will take charge of quality improvement programs alongside supporting wider operational management.

As the Clinic Nurse Manager, you can also expect to:

Join a state-of-the-art specialty clinic that prioritises a 5* patient service and offers a range of comprehensive services, including pharmacy services, diagnostic tests, physiotherapy sessions, minor ailment treatment, immunisations, diabetes & blood pressure checks, a sexual health clinic and more.
Work with renowned Nurse Leaders to provide highly visible supervision and lead from the front to support your clinical team with their training and development.
With a strong clinical bias you will be a hands-on, proactive leader and must be prepared to support clinically especially during the early stages of the site opening.
Be empowered to make influential decisions, grow & develop the services.To apply for this exciting Nurse Manager job, you will need to be an NMC Registered Nurse with a clinical background working within a Pre-Assessment, Outpatients or Day Case healthcare setting. Prior experience leading and mentoring a team is essential, we also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Nurse Managers looking to step up into their first management position. Experience of developing services and working to deadlines is crucial.
