SEMH Teaching Assistant - Longsight
Location: Longsight
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Longsight.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting students with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom.
Assisting teachers with learning activities, behaviour management, and pastoral care.
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils to help them thrive.
Encouraging independence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs (school or care setting).
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
