SEN Learning Support Assistant – Chelmsford – September StartAre you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference? Protocol Education is working with a large, friendly primary school in Chelmsford seeking a dedicated LSA to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist SEN hub, supporting pupils with additional needs in a structured, nurturing, and well-supported environment.
The Role:Full-time SEN LSA position starting in September
Supporting pupils within a specialist SEN hub in a primary school
Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and development
Assisting with emotional, social, and behavioural needs
Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and support staff
Requirements:Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential)
A patient, calm, and resilient approach
Strong behaviour management skills
Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
