The Role (aka what you'll actually be doing)
You'll be the voice of our customers, making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued.
Think: Driving 5 reviews Talking to customers and gathering real feedback Spotting trends and insights Turning feedback into actions the business can use
Your day-to-day
- Chatting to customers after funding and asking for feedback
- Boosting our Trustpilot and Google reviews
- Responding to reviews (yes, even the tricky ones )
- Keeping everything organised in HubSpot and trackers
- Spotting patterns in feedback (you're basically a detective )
- Checking out competitors and market trends
- Sharing insights with marketing, sales and leadership
Requirements
You'll love this if you...
- Enjoy talking to people and asking questions
- Are super organised (you love a good spreadsheet)
- Notice patterns others miss
- Can write clearly, naturally, and professionally
- Are curious about marketing, customers & trends
- Can juggle a few things without dropping the ball
Bonus points
- Some experience in marketing, research, or customer roles
- Used HubSpot or similar tools
- Know your way around Trustpilot / Google Reviews
