 The Role (aka what you'll actually be doing) 

You'll be the voice of our customers, making sure they feel heard, supported, and valued. 

Think:  Driving 5 reviews  Talking to customers and gathering real feedback  Spotting trends and insights  Turning feedback into actions the business can use 

 Your day-to-day 

  • Chatting to customers after funding and asking for feedback  
  • Boosting our Trustpilot and Google reviews   
  • Responding to reviews (yes, even the tricky ones )  
  • Keeping everything organised in HubSpot and trackers  
  • Spotting patterns in feedback (you're basically a detective )  
  • Checking out competitors and market trends  
  • Sharing insights with marketing, sales and leadership  

Requirements

 You'll love this if you... 

  • Enjoy talking to people and asking questions  
  • Are super organised (you love a good spreadsheet)  
  • Notice patterns others miss  
  • Can write clearly, naturally, and professionally  
  • Are curious about marketing, customers & trends  
  • Can juggle a few things without dropping the ball  

 Bonus points 

  • Some experience in marketing, research, or customer roles  
  • Used HubSpot or similar tools  
  • Know your way around Trustpilot / Google Reviews
