Groundcare PDI Workshop Supervisor 

We're looking for a motivated Groundcare PDI Workshop Supervisor to lead our workshop team.

What You'll Do

Supervise and work alongside a small team of engineers assembling, PDI'ing, demonstrating, and delivering professional and domestic grass machinery, including our hire fleet of golf cars, utility vehicles, and other equipment.

Organise daily workshop operations and ensure smooth running of assembly, servicing, and repairs.

Diagnose and repair machinery faults efficiently and safely.

Communicate professionally with suppliers and colleagues.

Work independently while maintaining team focus.

What We're Looking For

Experience supervising or managing a team (desirable).

Strong knowledge of groundcare machinery.

Technical skills: assembly, servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair.

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy machinery.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Positive, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure.

Full driver's licence
