We have a great new opportunity with a bridging lender who needs a Junior Portfolio and Recoveries administrator.

Responsibilities of Collections Administrator:

Post-completion administration including writing to borrowers, updating internal systems, and creating action points
Monitoring loan servicing and collections where borrower interest payments are required
Servicing tasks including maintaining building insurance records, monitoring registration of charges, and liaising with solicitors on outstanding conditions
Managing redemptions: contacting borrowers 3 months prior to loan expiry, processing extension requests for Credit Committee, liaising with finance and issuing redemption statements, and coordinating with lawyers regarding Land Registry discharge paperwork and investor updates
Supporting default processes including instructing solicitors and borrower correspondence
Assisting the wider Portfolio and Recoveries team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Ensuring KYC/AML and compliance requirements are monitored and met throughout servicing and recovery stagesExperience required for Collections Administrator:

Good phone manners and communication skills - verbal and written
Self-starter
Confident in their role
Organised
