Early Years Educator Wanted! 🌟

Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We're looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our team!

What You'll Do:
👶 Ensure high-quality care and safety for children
🎨 Plan stimulating play experiences to support their growth
📚 Follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum

What We're Looking For:

💼 Experience:

Working with children from inner-city or BAME communities 🌍
At least 2 years post-qualification experience
Supporting children ages 6 months to 5 years
Experience working with students and apprentices 🎓🎓 Qualifications:

Level 3 in Early Years (NNEB, BTEC, NVQ, CACHE, etc.)💡 Skills & Personality:

Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing 🌟
Team player and independent worker 👥
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels 💬
Experience implementing the Children Act 2004 & Every Child Matters 📜Additional Info:

🕒 Hours: 35 hours per week, term time only
💰 Pay: £14.60 per hour
📅 Start ASAP until July 
🔒 DBS check required
