We’re supporting a leading international benefits advisory business in hiring an International Employee Benefits Consultant, a role that sits at the heart of client strategy, collaboration, and global impact. The organisation is growing, the client portfolio is expanding and they’re looking for someone who’s ready to take ownership and become a trusted partner to major international employers.

(Please note this role operates on a hybrid basis of 2x per month in a Midlands based office).

This isn’t a siloed role. You’ll work closely with sales, finance, account managers, and other international consultants to deliver exceptional service; and you’ll be supported to grow your technical expertise every step of the way.
