Job Description

RWR Recruitment are working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation based in Newport. We are looking for a full time, permanent Sales & Quoting Administrator to join the vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and up selling products/services. previous experience of working within a building merchants or similar industry would be a huge advantage in this role.

Essential Skills required for a Sales & Quoting Admin:

  • Previous experience of up selling products within a company
  • Able to carry out administration tasks
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with existing and new customers
  • Promote the full product range and develop sales opportunities with existing customers and prospects
  • Answering the telephone to receive customer sale enquiries
  • Order processing
  • Production planning and scheduling of deliveries

Person Specification for the role:

  • Able to work in face paced environment
  • Pro active & hard working
  • Confident and willing to learn
