RWR Recruitment are working in partnership with a manufacturing organisation based in Newport. We are looking for a full time, permanent Sales & Quoting Administrator to join the vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and up selling products/services. previous experience of working within a building merchants or similar industry would be a huge advantage in this role.
Essential Skills required for a Sales & Quoting Admin:
- Previous experience of up selling products within a company
- Able to carry out administration tasks
- Strong communication skills to communicate with existing and new customers
- Promote the full product range and develop sales opportunities with existing customers and prospects
- Answering the telephone to receive customer sale enquiries
- Order processing
- Production planning and scheduling of deliveries
