We are working with supportive schools across Chelmsford who are seeking a committed SEN LSA to join their teams. This LSA role involves providing tailored support for pupils with SEN, both 1:1 and in small groups, helping them access learning and build confidence.

As a SEN LSA in Chelmsford, you will support children with a range of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs. Schools in Chelmsford are looking for an LSA who can build strong relationships, adapt resources, and promote positive behaviour strategies for pupils with SEN.

Job Overview:

• Full-time SEN LSA role, Monday to Friday.* Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support.* Work closely with teachers and the SENCO as an LSA.* Support emotional regulation and classroom engagement.* Opportunity for the SEN LSA role in Chelmsford to become permanent.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working as an LSA, ideally within SEN.* A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.* Experience in education, care, or youth settings (desirable).* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* A patient and adaptable approach to supporting SEN learners.
