CMA HR Division are recruiting for a L&D Coordinator for one of our clients based in Gosport, Hampshire. It is a newly created permanent role for a small technology organisation.
Reporting to the HR Manager the role's purpose is to monitor all internal training and provide accurate and detailed administrative support.
What will L&D Coordinator role involve?
Assist the HR Manager, senior management to drive L&D strategies;
Prepare training documentation prior to courses;
Maintain precise training records;
Primary contact with training providers, ensuring regular contact;
General administrative duties e.g. booking meeting rooms, travel arrangements
Suitable Candidate for L&D Coordinator vacancy:
Strong administrative background, ideally in L&D.
Excellent communicator and good problem solver
