A leading FM provider is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join their team at a high-profile commercial office building in Paddington. This is a great opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer seeking a stable, Monday-Friday role within a modern and well-maintained environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are operating safely and efficiently. Working as part of an on-site engineering team, you'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems across the site

* Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

* Support wider building maintenance where required

* Liaise with colleagues and client representatives on site

Requirements

* Level 3 Electrical Qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* Experience working within a commercial building environment

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and teamworking ability
