Plumber - £38,000 + Overtime | West London | Research & Innovation Campus

We're hiring! Join the UK's largest facilities management provider as a Maintenance Plumber, working onsite at a cutting-edge Research & Innovation Campus that's part of a leading West London college.

The Role:
You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 2 engineers, supporting planned and reactive maintenance across the campus. Your day-to-day role as a plumber will include:

* Mechanical and plumbing works across site facilities

* Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors

* Filter changes, leak repairs, general plumbing fixes

* Ensuring smooth operation of building services in a high-profile environment

Hours & Salary:

* £38,000 per annum

* Monday to Friday, 8AM / 5PM (core daytime hours)

* Overtime available

* Call-out rota (usually after 6 months)

What You'll Need:

* Experience in plumbing/mechanical maintenance
