Senior / Associate PlannerLocation: Cardiff Salary: £37,000 – £46,000 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent & Hybrid  Konker Group is hiring a Senior or Associate Planner to join a growing planning team in Cardiff. This role is brand new, supporting increased project demand across urban development, regeneration, and mixed-use projects. The company is a multi-disciplinary and employee-owned practice with around 25 staff across two regional studios. You’ll be joining a close-knit planning team embedded within a wider design-led environment. What You'll Be Doing: Senior / Associate Planner

• Managing planning applications and supporting project teams
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Contributing to site appraisals, policy research, and design team workshops
• Supporting junior planners and helping shape planning strategy

Location: CardiffSalary: £37,000 – £46,000 What We’re Looking For: Senior / Associate Planner

• Knowledge of UK planning legislation and process
• Experience in submitting and managing planning applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for high-quality placemaking and sustainable development
