Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + package

We're looking for a Design Manager to join the delivery team on either the £34m Highgate care home (September start) or the £24m Epsom care home (October start). Both are complex RC frame with basement builds, offering the chance to work on challenging, high-profile schemes from day one.

Your Next Job - What You'll Be Doing
As a Design Manager, you will:

Take full ownership of design coordination on either the Highgate or Epsom scheme
Lead meetings, manage information flow, and resolve technical challenges
Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure buildability
Monitor and manage design changes and programme impacts
