About the Role:
Reed is delighted to be supporting a returning client of ours who are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of specialist installations. Reporting to the Head of Project Operations, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to post-installation handover, ensuring best-in-class delivery for our customers.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong technical capability, excellent organisational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
What You’ll Be Doing
Project Delivery
- Manage installation projects from initial enquiry to final handover
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication throughout
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Technical Planning
- Produce technical drawings, specifications, and accurate project quotations
- Support effective planning and smooth project execution
Procurement & Materials Management
- Procure and manage materials in line with project requirements and timelines
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure availability and quality
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and site schedules
- Resolve issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly
Commercial Control
- Manage project budgets, variations, and documentation
- Maintain strong commercial oversight and transparent reporting

- Ability to read and produce technical drawings
- Experience with quoting and materials procurement
- Background in specialist systems, construction, or a related industry
- Familiarity with project or job management software (e.g. Simpro)
Working Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30
- 1-hour lunch break
