Salary: £25,000 basic (rising to £27,000 after 1 month)

The Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing telecoms company based in Poreston who are looking to add a Telesales Executive to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous cold calling experience who is confident speaking to businesses and generating new sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing telecom solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Making high volumes of outbound cold calls to businesses

Introducing and selling telecoms products and services

*

Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions

Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline

Achieving daily and monthly sales targets

*

Updating CRM systems with accurate call notes and customer details

Requirements

Previous cold calling or telesales experience (essential)

Confident and professional telephone manner

*

Target driven with a strong work ethic

Good communication and objection handling skills

*

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
