The Role
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping children's first experiences of education, laying the foundations for future success.
You will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Create a stimulating, language-rich environment that supports exploration and discovery
- Use ongoing assessment to inform teaching and ensure excellent progress for all pupils
- Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development
- Work closely with the parallel class teacher and wider EYFS team
- Contribute to the wider life and community of the school
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a teacher who is:
- Qualified with QTS
- Passionate about early childhood education and child development
- Knowledgeable about the EYFS Framework and early learning pedagogy
- Creative, energetic, and able to inspire young learners through play-based learning
- Reflective and committed to continuous professional growth
- Skilled at building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
