Labourer

Location: County Durham covering various sites (travel required)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: 27K plus company van and great benefits, Over time available at time and a half and double time

What you'll do-

* Support the Site Manager and site team with day-to-day project tasks

* Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times

* Load, unload and coordinate materials on-site

* Maintain company tools and equipment to a high standard

* Complete site documentation accurately and on time

* Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues and contractors

* Use and care for a company van in line with policy

What we're looking for

* Previous experience in a trade, construction, or property maintenance role

* Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

* Organised, adaptable and self-motivated with a professional approach

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Full UK driving licence (essential)

* Experience working in housing or care environments (desirable)
