We're currently hiring for a Document Controller based in Portsmouth, supporting projects that help deliver safe and compliant smoke control and ventilation systems.

You'll play a key role in managing all project documentation - from version tracking and compliance to liaising with engineers, project managers, and clients. It's a vital position where your attention to detail will keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.

Up to £35,000 salary DOE, with excellent benefits and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

What do you need?

Proven experience in document control, ideally in construction, HVAC, or engineering

Strong admin and organisational skills

Confidence using Microsoft Office and document management systems

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

Full right to work in the UK

The details:

Full-time, permanent

35 hours per week (Mon-Thurs: 08:30-16:30, Fri: 08:30-14:00)

25 days holiday + bank holidays
