This employer have been trading as a MSP (Managed Service Provider) for 31 years, and have developed a loyal customer base, built a great team, and a sound financial base. They are now looking to make a step-change in terms of growth, and are looking for new team members who are ambitious, energetic, full of ideas and excited to work in an area of unprecedented rapid change as they not only react to those changes, they take on the role of being catalysts in the emerging and developing fields of remote working and cyber-security. The New Business Sales Representative will research, identify, then approach and qualify prospects, generating new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Project Revenue in line with agreed sales targets both over the phone (Zoom) and in person. Contacting potential customers, and focusing on their needs to close sales, as well documenting all key customer information. A successful NBS Representative will have excellent communication skills as well as strong sales skills. You should be meticulous in keeping records and be very quickly able to independently handle all aspects of making a sale. Personal Specification: - At least 3-5 years previous experience in NBS or a similar role with transferable skills. - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable gravitas and presence when communicating at all levels within a customer organisation. - Creative thinking / problem-solving skills combined with strong sales skills and good working knowledge of the IT services and computer software industry. - Based within commutable distance of B60 - Clean Driving License Benefits include: - Salary commensurate with experience. - Uncapped commission and bonus scheme. - Company car, laptop, mobile phone.
