Arden White Aerospace and Defence Recruitment are currently with a leading manufacturer in the defence industry.

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Supervisor on a permanent basis paying £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on qualfiications and experience.

Responsibilities:

To lead and Supervise manufacturing operations team to safely ensure the on-time delivery of finished products at correct quality and cost
Champion continuous improvement in all activities
Responsible for effective deployment of resource, achieving business returned hour targets are delivered
Ensuring the manufacturing team can deliver on targets
Reporting writing
Ensure that the company Quality Management Systems and Manufacturing Procedures are followed
 
Person Specification

Must have production supervisor/manufacturing supervisor/cell leader experience in the Aerospace, Automotive or Defence industry
Experience planning and leading manufacturing schedules
Must have experience managing teams of 20+ people
